Winery Eichberger — 2021

Ich bin Chardonnay. 

This special wine spent one and a half year due to character building in an oak barrel, when finally in 2021 the Chardonnay was ready to do the new line "ich bin ich" (=" I am me") justice.

I created in close collaboration with the young winemaker Julia Eichberger the label, which lively, self-confident and forthright appearance not only matches up with the character of the wine but also with the producer's.
